Welcome to Jinzhou Medical University

Jinzhou Medical University (former Liaoning Medical University-LMU) founded in 1946 and located in the city of Jinzhou in Liaoning Province which is about four hours east of Beijing. During development over decades JZMU has become a leading provincial university with its main educational focus being on the medical sciences.

JZMU is aided with 16 teaching departments, 98 teaching offices, 56 teaching laboratories, 4 affiliated comprehensive hospitals and 169 bases for teaching and practice.

JZMU currently holds more than 13,000 students of which 1000 are international students enrolled for clinical medicine course in English from various countries around the globe (India, Pakistan, Nepal and Africans countries)
