1.  MEDICINE TISSUE ENGINEERING LABORATORY: An excellent platform for tissue engineering where  main researches conducted on bone and cartilage tissue engineering research, central and peripheral nervous system injury regeneration research and vascular endothelial cell differentiation and capillary reconstruction study.
2.  BRAIN AND SPINAL CORD INJURY LABORATORY: Focuses on cerebrovascular diseases, neurological diseases, brain tumors and researches spinal cord injuries.
3.  ANIMAL PRODUCTS QUALITY AND SAFETY ENGINEERING LABORATORY: aimed at solving technological issues in animal products quality and safety.
4.  SURGERY KEY LABORATORY:  main activities are bone and cartilage tissue engineering research, tumor transfer and proliferation mechanism and angiogenesis theory.
5.  MOLECULAR CELL BIOLOGY AND DRUG DEVELOPMENT KEY LABORATORY: covers an area of 1000 square meters and its equipment is with large-scale machines such as electron microscopes, flow cytometry, gene sequencing devices, chip scanners etc.
